There is an important detail regarding bank transfers. When making a bank transfer there is an option to describe the transfer, please use "JTEFS/BBCC (your second name)" as the descriptor.

 

Once we have received the bank transfer, we will send you a confirmation of registration email within about three weeks.

All payments must be free of bank charges to the receiver. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit card payments at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to offer this service during future conferences.

* In exceptional cases when bank transfer could not be made, payment will be accepted in cash. In such case, please notify the Organizing Committee.

Cancellation conditions


Notification of all cancellation must be sent in writing to the Continuing Studies Institute, Conference Organizing Committee ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).

Cancellations received before May 1, 2011 will receive a refund of the registration fee, less an administration charge 20 EUR and publication costs that will be calculated separately. Refunds will be sent to non-participants after June 1. Cancellations received after May 1, 2011 will not receive a refund, but conference materials will be mailed to the non-participant. It is possible to delegate a substitute person instead of cancellation.
